It established Youzhen Hualong Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd in cooperation with the South Korean Youzhen Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd in 2006, which specializes in manufacturing axle of large autos and passenger cars.
At present, the company mainly produces the special type friction materials for clutch friction plates 50—400 types for motorcycles, brake pads and brake shoes for motorcycles, clutch facings and brake plates for automobiles, brake plates for engineering and machinery, friction plates for electromotors, mowers, shredders, automobile air-conditioning compressors, and electric hoists. The company has advanced production and testing equipment, as well as strong mold development and manufacturing capability.
The company passed the certification of the ISO9002 Quality Management System in 1996, and the certification of the ISO9001 Quality Management System in 1999; it passed the certification of the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System after it was successfully revised in 2002.it obtained the Standard ISO/TS16949of Global Auto Quality System from "Bureau Veritas Co., Ltd "in Mar.2007. Our products are exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea and the Middle East, and we conduct cooperation with the domestic main engine plants. We are popular among customers.
