Shanghai Nainai Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd. is established in 1986. We are pride ourselves on a workforce of registered capital CNY 86.5 million, 380 people including 82 engineering technical personnel, 33,300 square meters of construction area, 280 sets of sophisticated machining equipments. The output value of 2008 is CNY 260million with valves of 11,000 tons/year, including USD 25 million of Export value. Nainai is professional valves manufacture. We mainly produce kinds of steel ball valves, gate valves, check valves, globe valves, plug valves, butterfly valves, safety valves, oilfield valves and any valves of special type. The products are widely used in industries of oil, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, etc. All the products are approved by API, ASME, EN, ISO, JIS, DIN, BS, and national GB standard. They have been distributed all over the world, and their steady and reliable quality has won good evaluation from our valuable clients in Europe, America, Japan, Middle east, Southeast Asia, Russia, etc.

To ensure products quality and service, the company has built sound quality management and assurance system, and have been passed various certificates, such as (DNV) ISO 9001, API 6D, API 600, API 607, API 6FA, PED CE, ISO14001, etc.

The company has advanced testing and inspection equipments. It has established advanced chemistry lab, which is equipped with Germany SPECTROMAXx, American NITON portable spectral and alloy analyzer, helium mass spectrometer leak detector, high speed igniting infrared C&S equipment; and it has established sophisticated test room for mechanical performance, which is equipped with hydraulic universal materials tester, charpy impact machine tester, spring tension and compression testing machine, ultrasonic hardness, ultrasonic thickness gauge, magnetic defect detector, ultrasonic NDT equipments; also it has established advanced pressure test center, which is equipped with intellectual valve torque,device for lift test, hydraulic valve pressure testing device, valve discharge lab, valve Low-temperature test device, valve low-leakage test device, etc.

The company has a strong capacity for technology development with a R&D team including 28 engineers, it has researched and developed 10 patented items and can design more than 100 items of new spec. valves every year.

The company also has advanced processing and manufacturing equipments including Germany HECKERT machining center, 26 sets of CNC turning machine, CNC milling machine, CNC drilling machine, plasma spray welding equipment, production line of spray painting and drying, ultrasonic cleaner, etc. And it is with kinds of machine equipments for turning, milling, boring??drilling, planning, polishing, etc. For the equipments, the max diameter of products made is 4m, the max caliber of products made is DN3000MM(120'), the max pressure is PN42Mpa(Class 2500), the temperature range is -196?ヾ750?ヮ
Besides, the company has 3D storehouse for finished products, semi-products and spare parts.

As model enterprise of China's valve manufacturing information engineering, we have invested CNY 3.8 million in establishment of integration of PDM and ERP informationization management system to lay a good foundation for the company's technology innovation ability, quality control ability and company management level.
