Design features:
Cardboard transmission adopts vacuum adsorb equipment, with wind control.keep flute profiles stable when roller work fast.
Ventilator keep the corrugated paper in 180degree negative pressure zone of corrugated roller,with vaccum tank,to complete the corrugation.
Air draft groove of Lower Corrugated Roller is less than 2mm, made no stripe mark on single corrugated cardboard.
Gimbal transmission with unattached drive box, more stable transmission, reassuring feeding and higher self- maintenance
Reducer casing adopts Oil Bath Lubrication and Shut form Gear Transmission, make light mechanical vibration.
Auto-cyc supply glue, pneumatic control of glue supplying and returning, with buffering effect.
Glue Roller surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
Upper and lower corrugating rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatmnt. Its rigidity is HRC58-62degree,the surface are whetted and plated chrome.
