4U'S ceramic heater is a new generation heater made by Zhuhai 4U Electronic Ceramics Co., ltd according to the standard of ISO ISO9001 and SGS.
Our heating element is embedded in alumina ceramic which has high thermal conductivity. The operating temperature can reach up to 700 C.
It's advantage include fast speed of heating, high rate of heat utilization, excellent energy saving, safe and no electric noise, high resistance of high temperature creep, long lifetime, resistance of high temperature and high insulation rate.
It is one of the most suitable electric heater for irons, ovens, dryers and furnaces Ceramic heating elements can be used in products that melt, cook, dry, warm, seal, and reform substances. Many commercial and consumer products also contain ceramic heating elements, such as hair dryers, space heaters, toasters, and irons. Some of the many industrial and manufacturing applications where ceramic heating elements are found include heaters, ovens, dryers, and furnaces.

1.Appearance quality: white, tidiness, non-rust, non-pollution and non-rupture, full soldering with no weak soldering and soldering voids, lead wire with straight and identical at length.
