Calcium carbide is one of our main products. Our factory --Inner Mongolia Xinheng Calcium Carbide Co.,Ltd is located in industrial zone of Zhuozi county, adjoining the 110 country road and 3 miles from the express way. The factory was established in 2003 and has been engaged in manufacturing calcium carbide for many years. It occupies an area of 6.333 hectares, building area 5,200 square meters, and investment in the fixed assets is 35,000,000 RMB. There are 3 carbide stoves and a set of storage, crushing and package machines, and advanced test equipment. Production capacity is 70,000 tons per year, supplying calcium carbide in size of 120-200mm,80-120mm,50-80mm,25-50mm,15-25mm and 7-15mm etc, the gas yield of 285l/kg,295 l/kg,305 l/kg, all of products are packed with 50kg/100kg/200kg new iron drums. In addition, the company can produce calcium carbide according to customer's requirements. Company as a good corporate citizen has provided many positions for the unemployed and disabled workers. With high quality products and excellent business reputation, we have been awarded "sincere letter unit" by consumer society in 2007.
