Foshan Nanhai Sinolink Information Co., Ltd locates in the hinterland of Pearl River Delta of China which has a good reputation of "World Factory".Our company is very close to the sea port city of Hongkong,Guangzhou,Shenzhen with many direct shipping lines to the main ports in the world.Our company was established in 1992 and occupied an area of 30,000sqm.Nowadays,we have over 180 staffs,20 technicians and 3 senior engineers in the field of communication cable.
Our company introduced advanced production equipments and quality control system from home and abroad.Besides,we have won and adopted ISO9001.2000 quality management system to strictly control the quality of communication cable and its accessories.For all the above competitive factors ,we can continuously provide the high quality of communication cable,tooling and testing equipments.
The introduced equipments are international standards.They include full-automatic production line of tandem,backtwist stranders, three twist bunching machines, stranding and paper lapping machines, cabling machines,FTTH optical cable sheathing line,tightly packaged fiber line,full-automatic package of cable, DEC full-automatic tester of communication cable and data cable and the tester of WIRESCOPE 360 from Agilent.Furthermore,our company has special standard cable laboratory to test the physical & mechanical properties, electric capability, environmental-protection capability, Antiaging capability and flammability capability. We have an annual capacity of cable pairs of 3,600,000 kms .In other words,the output of cable pairs is 300,000 kms or of 30 high cube containers and our export business holds 60% of the total production.Besides,we provide OEM/ODM service for our customers.Our company has become one of the most professional manufacturers which manufacturing the last one kilometer communication cable of access network and Customer Premise Network(CPN). |
