Hebei OUYA Forging Co., Ltd. set up in July, 2003, was a member of confederation of Chinese metal forming industry. The fixed capital of the company was 30 million RMB; it was located in industry park, Jing county and covers an area of 36,000 square meters. The total headcount was 210 employees, out of which, the professional engineers was 32.
There are 8 forging production line in our company, the main equipment includes: the remote controlled hydraulic forging hammer, 4000T、1600T high power helix press with clutch, 1000mm rolling machine, 1600T/6300T friction press, medium frequency furnace, CNC machining center, CNC burning machine, CNC plasma cutting machine and so on; Also it was equipped with the testing instrument for both physics and chemical testing,such as metallographic, magnetism detector, hardness testing instrument etc.
Our company made the tooling design, manufacture, forging into integration, passed the verification of ISO9001:2000 International Standard of Quality Control. The main products were automobile fittings, forklift accessories and mechanical spares parts, above 90% of the parts exports to America, Germany, and Canada etc., the annual export amount was up to 8 million US dollars. |
