hometown--Linzhou city, which is also a joint of Henan, Hebei and Shanxi provinces, is one of the most professional and the largest casting product manufacturers in North of China.
Our company is only 50 Km away from JingGuang railway and JingZhu highway, 5 hours’ driving from TianJin Port and 3 hours’ driving from XinZheng International Airport.
Linzhou is a developing city which has flourishing communication and transportation service, along with abandant natural resources of low phosphorus, low sulphur and iron ore. Moreover, it borders on Shanxi province where is rich of coal. Hence, we has the cost advantages because of timeliness, favourable geographical position and support of people.
Founded in 1997, covering a total area of 47,000 sq meters with 18,000 sq meters contrustion area and more than 400 employees, Henan LongDing Casting Industry Inc. is a famous casting manufaturer of grey iron 150-300 and spheroidal iron 400-800 casting product which mainly include brake disc, hub, brake drum, calipers body, kickstand, knuckle, brake shoe, subtractive shell, fly wheel, wheel shell, gearbox, clutch cover and other auto parts. Besides, we also can produce grids, manhole covers, pipe fittings, valve, flange and other customized products according to client’s drawings and samples.
In 1998, our company wins the EN1433 Germany Architectural Institution Authentication and ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System. We are just going to get the TS16949 Authentication. Our major clients include TRW，APG，JAC，WX，Yuejin，Dongfeng and so on.
Our company’s manufaturing equipments include: 2 off automatic DISA 2013 vertical flaskless molding line, 1 off DISA2032 Boxless Moulding Line, 4 off five-toned environmental furnace cupola, 4 off PILLAR electric furnaces, several CK6142 numerical controlled machines, annular track casting cluster, shot blasting system, indirect duplex system with electric furnace and automatic sand preparation system, etc.
Test facilities: high-speed analysis before furnace and metallographic examination facilities, pull and press test facilities, CAD workstation, five elements chemistry analysis instrument, Shimadzu direct-reading spectrograph, spectrophotometer and hardness test facility, etc. Our company also has many core shooters for core-making process. The DISA line can produce casting (sand mould is 600×480×330 and 750×550×330) 300-400 boxes per hour, 30,000-50,000 tons per year, totally RMB200 millions. Moreover, our company still has abundant capacity for customized grey and spheroidal iron casting product according to client’s drawings and samples. More than 50% of our products are exported to US, Europe, Japan, Australia, etc.
