Zibo Benito Metalwork Co.,Ltd (herein referred to as Zibo Benito) was established as a joint venture enterprise by Zibo Boshan Badou Machinery Factory and Spanish Benito company in June, 2001. Now Zibo Benito has 1200 of staff members, a capital of RMB330 million, covering an area of 150000 square meters and building size of 60000 square meters. It possesses 5 foundry lines totally and 150 sets of advanced CNC lathes, especially the KW foundry line, it is reached up the advanced international level. It has annual foundry capacity of 80000 tons and machining capacity of 1.8 million pcs. We are specialized in production of brake drum, brake hub, brake rotor, and axle, plate spring for heavy duty truck, and driving assembly parts for light duty truck. Most of our parts are exported to European, American, South-east countries and our products also sell well to Gangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanxi, Inside Mongolia and Jinan etc. In the year of 2007, it was reached at RMB504.9 million of total sale income, RMB120 million of profit tax and USD32.2 million of export value, which were reached up to the historical highest level, increased of 53%, 36%, 39% respectively.
Zibo Benito is furnished with latest laboratory and many advanced test and inspection equipments, such as CMM, spectral analysis machine and metallographic analysis machine, etc., which are verified termly as per the national measurement standard . We got the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate in 2003, QS9000 Quality system certificate in 2004 and ISO/TS16949 Quality system Certificate in June,2007.
Zibo Benito has own Engineering and Development center and also been the education, scientific research and practice base of Shandong University of Technology. It was awarded as “ High-Tech Enterprise” by Department of Science & Technology of Shandong province, “Chinese Vehicle and Component Export Bases and Enterprises” by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and National Development and Reform Commission, “ Resources Comprehensive Utilization Enterprises” by Shandong Economic and Trade Committee. |
