Founded in 1988, we manufacture wool fabric and suits in a range of colors and
styles. We sell more than $500 million in garments and fabric every year, and
export to North America, Europe, Australasia and Asia.
Large Capacity with Personal Treatment
Here at Heilan Group, more than 10,000 employees work in our 990,000-square-
meter industrial park . Our annual production capacity is 15 million meters of
worsted fabrics. You can choose from the 3,000 colors and styles. We also have
three canvas suit production lines that give an annual capacity of more than
200,000 pieces. Our 20 semi-canvas lines produce 3 million pieces, and 12 shirt
lines produce 4 million pieces. With 200 designers and sample-making staff
members, we can give every custom project personal treatment.
Quality Machinery and Certifications
Whatever your needs, under the close supervision of QC staff, we spin, dye,
weave, knit and press your fabric or garments using high-grade machinery from
Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France and Japan. ISO 9001: 2000, ISO/IEC 17205 and
ISO 14001 certifications and CCIBLAC-approved testing facilities attest to our
commitment to quality and the environment.
