With Meirun sunshine studio, Meirun macromolecular heat preservation material research center and Meirun heat and light application research center, Meirun have gathered a lot of outstanding experts, professional in the field of solar energy and heat preservation.
They work together with famous institutions home and abroad and succeeded in inventing new generation heat gathering products------new multi-purpose flat plate solar collector.
The production base is located in Qishuyan Industrial Park, with annual production ability of 100,000 standard flat plate solar collectors and many automatic production lines of international A class. For the first time, the ultrasonic technology, standing for the top of welding, is used in heat collecting chips for flat plate solar collector. For the first in China, low iron optical physics and chemistry glass, approved by European Space Center, is used as the cover of flat plate solar collector. The military technology, one time overall molding, macromolecular material heat preservation technology is also applied. Production standard is on the base of CE, SPF and other international industrial standard, beyond all the other technical criteria in the same industry. The products break through the application choke point that the solar energy heat collector can only be used for water heater, and the heat collector can’t be used in high-latitude area in a large scale, gaining popularity in city heat supply, industry heat and photovoltaic industry and creating a new application form of solar energy heat collecting field.
