Its production system has acquired authentication of standard quality management system of ISO9001:2000 and its products have acquired authentication of CQC. At the same time, it has been considered as the appointed production manufacturer by Jinan Heavy-duty Truck Company, Shanxi Auto Researching and Developing Center and Chongqing ZhongFa. The company has more than 100 kinds of products, among which 28 kinds are patent products. To guarantee quality, it has adopted technology of Germany Man Group in air filter core. It adds a kind of fortified protective rubber wire outside the air filter core with mass flow of air. Thus the longevity of the air filter core is raised 40%. The newly developed L-2 combination of dry and wet air filter cleaner is an advanced product with high science and technology content both inside and outside the country. It is suitable for Steyr, Hongyan, Auman, FAW Jiefang, DFAC and engineering truck series. Its advantages include: economical type, high capacity of containing dust, strong power, and low maintenance cost as well as being able to prolong the longevity of supercharger and to save maintenance cost for consumers. It plays an important role in raising economic benefit.
L-1 Steyr, Hongyan air filter core is a new patent product of the company. Its structure is “double paper core”. Its advantages include: long service life, high filtration precision, excellent protection against the tide and easy cleaning. It is an ideal product for maintaining heavy-duty vehicles. |
