INTRODUCTION

The name of the firm has its origin with the name of Late Shri J. T. Trivedi, who had commenced practices in the field of Intellectual Property in the State of Gujarat in the year 1942. Rather, Late Shri J. T. Trivedi had been the 'pioneer' and the 'first practitioner' in the field of Intellectual Property in the State of Gujarat. Late Shri J. T. Trivedi had established his own concern, viz., J. T. Trivedi, in the year 1958. Indeed, it is significant and a noteworthy fact that during his tenure, Late Shri J. T. Trivedi had more than 60% clientage of Gujarat, consisting of industries, merchants, etc.

The said firm had been re-named to M/S. J. T. TRIVEDI & ASSOCIATES, in the year 1985. This company deals in:
