Sky Detective is a cutting-edge innovator, developer and marketer of global intelligence and security solutions provider of GPS/CDMA assisted tracking devices. The company was founded by Jerry Thompson, CEO and began operations in 2006 in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Thompson is an entrepreneur, graduate of the Southern California College of Business and Law, retired Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff, and has over 22 years of combined Law Enforcement and private sector investigation experience. Along with his team of law enforcement professionals, Sky Detective has over 200 years of combined experience which includes anti-terrorism, SWAT, Tactical Teams, Search and Rescue, Private Investigation and GPS tracking to name a few. Sky detective plans to use its state of the art software and hardware, its extensive inside knowledge of the target market and a sound business operation to support three major areas: law enforcement, businesses and private consumers.

The company's goal for law enforcement is to provide solutions to the challenges they face that ultimately saves lives. These solutions include their state of the art GPS/CDMA assisted device that attaches to an Offender's ankle which allows for detection of that individual in heavily obstructed environments like buildings, tunnels, heavy foliage or between skyscrapers. This device is unlike any device in the industry and should not be confused with typical GPS monitoring devices. It is the only stand-alone unit that does not require a base unit, phone line, belt clips or battery packs. When an Offender wears a Sky Detective Ankle Device, one or more inclusion or exclusion zones can be programmed so that law enforcement would be notified when the Offender was approaching the zones, and an alert sent when he/she actually entered it. Inclusion zones can be set to limit a Parolee's movements, thus avoiding the overcrowding of prisons and the necessity of building more. Exclusion zones can also keep gang members from converging and thereby not able to form gangs, keep sex offenders away from schools and playgrounds, or create a safety net for victims of violent crimes. The community takes comfort in knowing Offenders are being monitored and controlled.

For businesses and private consumers, Sky Detective provides the ability to know the disposition and location of people and high-value physical assets in real time. Sky Detective's SD20 device can be attached to a vehicle or heavy equipment, placed in cargo, cash drawers, luggage or other such objects used for asset tracking. Sky Detective provides its customers the peace of mind in knowing their loved ones and assets are protected.
