Bengbu Jianghuai Wheel Co.,Ltd is the company specializing in the production of the wheels for the trucks, forklift and engineering vehicles in Anhui Province, and is a one of the 100 enterprises awarded as “Professional , Fine, Special and Hi-tech “ by the Provincial Government of in Anhui. It is a member of the Wheel Group of China Auto Industrial Association, and the member of China Forging and Pressing Association, and the Communication member of the Machinery Industrial Engineering Mechanical Standardized Commission and the member of The Provincial Industrial Association of Anhui. In2006, it was awarded as the title of “the Famous Brand Product in Anhui” and was given one of the 50 Strongest Enterprises in the Machinery Industrial of Anhui.
At present the company has the staff and workers of 560in, which the technicians and engineers are 54.The research, development, design and self can achieve production for various types of wheels in the company. The company now has two productive lines of bar section wheel, and two productive lines of the plate-material wheels, in which the domestic advanced single point closed-type drilling machine (1250T), 1500T Hydraulic Pressing Machine, Flash Butt Welding Machine, CO Automatic welding Seam Detecting Machine and Physical and Chemical inspecting level of the class3. With the annual productive capacity of 2 million sets of wheels and 0.1million pieces of the truck beams, our products are mainly supplied to Jianghuai Auto Group, Yuejin Auto Group Naning, China Heli Forklift Group, etc as the necessary components.
Our company was given the Certificate of ISO9002: 94 Quality System in 1994and the Certificate of ISO9001: 2000Quality System in 2002 and the Certificate of QS9000 Quality System and the Certificate of TSO/TS16949 Quality Control System. The company has the complete quality management mechanism and quality management system.
