Eco-type Furan Resin, Alkaline Phenolic Resin, Phenolic urethane No-bake Resin, along with catalysts, are the foundry binder systems developed by Xingye which have won several invention patents at the beginning of this century. They can be hardened at normal temperature, and the energy consumption is only one tenth compared to hot box resin; the initial strength and the final strength is 20% higher, material consumption is 15% to 20% lower, low viscosity, easy to mix the sand, good fluidity, and the hardening speed can be adjusted as customers’ will, water based and alcohol based coatings can be used, without bad gas emission like formaldehyde at molding work spot and after casting. Good casting quality, less defect is the advantages of Xingye materials. We have occupied more than 30% market in China, and the products are sold to European and Southeast Asian as well. |
