State-owned Dacaozhuang Farm Canvas Factory locates in Ningjin County and is managed by Agricultural Department of Hebei Province. The country once located in the flood passage area of Hai River, and was once named “Ningjin Pool” because of its frequent floods. Through radical cure of the Hai River, the county has now become fertile land and important cotton production area of the Province. Natural advantages provided the Factory with rich raw material resources. Since its establishment in 1988 and with nearly 20 years of development, the Factory has formed a complete production line of cloth weaving, PVC coating and tent manufacturing. In order to retrace history and build up brand, we registered “Ning Bo”(Ning Pool) as our trademark. “Ning Bo” products, such as canvas, tarpaulin, PVC coated canvas, industrial wind tunnel cloth, tents for military and civil use, etc. have sold nationwide and enjoyed a high reputation.
With introduction of advanced equipment and technology, and through diligent devotion of our technical staff, the Factory successfully developed a new type of environmental friendly hometextile canvas in the year of 2002. In May of next year, products made of the canvas, Natural Wind Series “Ning Bo Air-conditioning Cotton Mat” and “Ning Bo Baby Mat” were put into production formally which had filled a blank in China’s bedding product market.
Putting emphasis on technical progress and advanced management ethics, the Factory is marching forward towards a higher level development. In 2005, Ning Bo Canvas and Tarpaulin Textile Factory of Shijiazhuang was established which realized the division between production and processing and laid down the foundation for better quality control and new product development. |
