Hebei Shengchun Radiator Co.,Ltd., established in 1972, has developed into the biggest professional manufacturer of cast iron in China.
Our company mainly produces inner-surface-without-adhering-sand cast iron radiators and copper&aluminum radiators. The output of radiators reaches 20,000,000 plates per year.
Unique inner-surface-without-adhering-sand technology enables our cast iron radiator to be of great corrosion resistance, a long lifespan and clean and smooth cavity. New design ideas endow it with fashionable shape. Static spraying painting technology gives it colorful looks. So it can meet all kinds of requirements.
Our copper & aluminum adopt Tp2 copper tube as inner hot water channel. Outside, it uses aluminum as wing to optimize the radiating. On the connection, it uses the special welding copper tube which is used in welding ship. So, its corrosion prevention can be rest assured.
After more than 34 years’ development, our company has set up a perfect system of quality control to guarantee the quality of our products. In 2003, our company passed certification of Quality Management System ISO9001:2000. In 2005, Shengchun radiator gained the qualification of National Exemption from Inspection of Product Quality. All of the above mark the quality control of Shengchun has reached a new height.
