Huayue Magnet Tech Ltd, founded in 1998,is a new high-tech enterprise which is engaged in research, development, production and marketing of NdFeB magnets in all shapes and sizes, and developing surface treatment techniques in the field of NdFeB magnets. The company has enormous economic potential and is well-equipped with advanced technologies, sound quality monitoring systems, R&D centers and testing centers. At present, we have reached an annual production capacity of over 100 tons. The NdFeB magnet has found widespread applications in varied fields including aviation, spaceflight, computer science, communications, electrical machine, meter and instrument, sensor, magnetic separation technology, and magnetic medical technology, etc due to its excellent magnetic properties and higher price-performance ratio. Nowadays, Zinc electroplating or Ni-Cu-Ni electroplating and the electrophoretic deposition of the organic coatings are applied as the usual method for anti-corrosion treatment of the magnet surfaces. Several disadvantages do exist with these methods, however, including big holes on the surface of the electroplated layer, the disproportionate thickness of the electroplated layer and poor anti-corrosion performance, etc., thus limiting its widespread use.
We apply the most advanced electroless Ni-p plating technique for anti-corrosion treatment of the surface of NdFeB magnets. We have our own electroless plating production line and it is the only barrel plating production line for electroless plating operations in mainland China. We can process 100kgs of NdFeB magnets per day. This electroless plating technique is very suitable for anti-corrosion protection of the surfaces of products with high anti-corrosion performance such as thin sheet concrete products, very small-sized products, deep hole drilling products, etc. All our products are able to undergo a 300-hour neutral-salt-mist test.
