Chemland Group has specialized in the minerals nutrition for animal feed and fertilizer industries for over 10 years, and has two factories to produce Ferrous sulfate mono and Manganese sulfate mono and is the largest production base for ferrous sulfate in China.
The factories of ferrous sulfate, boasting six product lines of Drying Rolling Machine, are the biggest produce base in China at present, automated rotary.
The producing process of Drying Rolling Machine is as follows:
Ferrous sulfate heptahydrate → Winnow → Drying Rolling Machine ─→Ferrous sulfate mono→ Grind → Filter →Granular/Powder
The technics of Dring Rolling Machine can guarantee stable quality and quantity of the products. The technics doesn't produce waste water, which solves the water pollution problem caused by another producing way of Ferrous sulfate, i.e. Wetting Way.
