Taizhou Huangyan Fengjiu Mould Factory, established in 2001,a specalist designer and manufacturer of pressing mould and plastic mould. It is located in West Industrial Park of Huangyan Economical Development Zone, Taizhou. As a land of mould of China, Huangyan is easily accessible and ensure quick access to information. Our factory dedicates to manufacture and development of mould for automobile framework parts, outer covering parts and testing tools. Now it has become one of the key enterprises in local pressing molds sector.Our factory buildings cover an area of 2,800 square meters. Our fixed assets amount to RMB 15 million yuan. Our staff team consists of 100 workers, 2 senior engineers and 28 technician. Our strong technical expertise and advanced design ideas have contributed to an output value in 2004 exceeding 10 million yuan, and the approval of ISO9001:2000 quality certification.
Main equipmet: 1.Processing equipment: High speed millin machine made in Taiwan, one set; machining center made in Taiwan, four sets.2、Mold tryout equipment: Hydraulic machine, 630 T, one set, 315T,one set. Punching machine, 125T and 63T two sets respectively.
Major design: Pressing mould and testing tools adopt 2-D and 3-D design, stretching mould adopt CAE simulation analysis, which has realized transition of stretching techniques from experience to digital.
Inspection tools: Huangyan Qiushi Surveying and Mapping Center, our outsourcing partner, has 3-coordinates measuring machine made in Qingdao(dimension of working bench is 2200X12000X1000)with the capacity of inversion engineering and 3-D modelling to ensure shole-process control of mold quality . Currently we have passed the review of Volkswagen and have received the training from them. Our 3-coordinates measuring report has been approved by Volkswagen.
Our mold products: We mainly manufacture auto mobile mould and testing tools for Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors, Auhui Chery companies ,India Tata,Geely FC as well as electrical appliance mould for Panasonic, Fotile and Meida companies-nies, etc.
