Ambika Arihant Foods Pvt. Ltd., is a family owned Indian company and was incorporated on 8 September 1992 by the promoters Sannat Jain and Mrs. Ashu Jain.
The company's objective is to process and preserve fresh fruits and vegetables in OTS cans, glass bottles and jars. The food processing unit of the company is located at the industrial area of Kundli in Haryana. The company has been processing a wide range of processed food products under the company's brand name Ambari.
The company is approved & registered with various Government agencies such as Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Weights and Measure, Excise and Taxation, District Industries Center etc. The company has been allotted manufacturing license FPO: 9115 by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries. The FPO number is issued by the Indian Government and constitutes the standard that the food industry is required to meet. FPO is a mark of good quality processed food products. Processed food products carrying the FPO symbol are packed under specified hygienic conditions. We promise you zero bacteria product made from choicest ingredients with all their good qualities packed for you.
Packing: These products are being canned in OTS cans, A2-1/2 and A1-T (cans. Bottled products are being packed in glass and PET containers with volumetric capacity 200 ml to 1000 ml. The cans and bottles are of international standards and the processing is done under hygiene conditions.
Products: In canned products we pack various fruits in syrup, vegetables in brine, curried Indian vegetables, fruit pulps, tomato products & jams. In bottled products we pack: various sauces, ketchup, jam, juices, pickles, chutneys, jellies, vegetables in vinegar and brine.
Dabur Foods Ltd. has recently launched their proprietary food Imli Saunth Chutney under Hommade brand in glass jars. The entire production of the Saunth including processing and packaging is being done by Ambika at the factory in Kundli. Ambika has incorporated working methods and technology of Dabur Foods and has given them an excellent product as per their technical specifications and product standards.
Processing plant: The production plant of the company is located at the industrial area of Kundli, in the New Delhi Metropolitan Region, thirty minutes from downtown New Delhi. The industrial park has been developed by Haryana State Industrial Corporation (HSIDC). The industrial park of HSIDC at Kundli is situated on the Grand Trunk highway connecting Delhi and Chandigarh. The industrial park is actively supported by a pro-business Haryana State government and has uninterrupted access to power, telecommunications and highway transportation. The company’s fruits and vegetables processing plant at Kundli possess mechanized facilities for processing and packaging of fresh produce. The plant is designed and operates according to the technical specifications laid down in the Food Product Order of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries.
