Tianjin You-Lian Spiral Pipe Co., Ltd is one of the holding companies of Tianjin You-Fa Group. The company locates in the You-Fa industry park of Xinxing industry zone of Daqiuzhuang Tianjin. The first stage area is 100,000 square meters. Our locality is 60km from Tianjin new harbor and 5km from Jin-hu expressway, Jing-shi expressway, Dan-La expressway, and Jin-Tang expressway. Our company has the capacity of yearly production of 200 kilotons of helical welded pipe with the diameter ranging from Φ219-Φ1820mm, thickness up to 18mm. In 2005, we acquired Tianjin ASP Steel Pipe Ltd which is the first one in the industry and has 20 years history.
Ever since its founding, our company has established comprehensive, deep and steady business relationship, sales network and perfect after-sales service system with our partners by our superior product quality, our spirit of pioneering and enterprising, and good market credit. Our company has obtained the National License for Industrial Products—Welded Steel Pipes for Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry and License for Special Equipment Manufacture issued by State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as well as Certificate of the Right to the Use API Monogram (we are the first company that is granted the right to the use of API Monogram among the industry in Tianjin), and achieved ISO9001:2000 quality system certification. Besides the professional auxiliary production equipment, the company has built up independent physical and chemical testing laboratory and welding laboratory (the testing center is equipped with means for tension, impact, hardness and metallographic tests as well as chemical analysis, and relevant inspection personnel), and perfected testing inspection process. Meanwhile, advanced production and testing facilities are incorporated in the production line, such as X-ray real-time imaging system, magnetic flaw detector, online digital ultrasonic flaw detector and digital portable ultrasonic flaw detector, Lincoln welding machine, wall thickness gauge, mechanical chamfering machine, hydraulic test machine, hydraulic test recorder and so on.
On the other hand, we have a professional team specialized in management and technology, enabling us to provide the society with the superior spiral steel pipes. Both the production and shipment are controlled in accordance with the company's internal standards which are stricter than API and Chinese standards, thus ensuring that the quality of the pipes reach domestic and world advanced level.
