Ningbo Xingfeng Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Ningbo Weifeng Group which fabricate aluminum alloy and aluminum products. Located in Zhejiang, southern part of Yangtze River Delta, west of Beilun Harbor, south of Hangzhou Bay. Obviously it predominate the air, land and sea freight, harbor and well-developed information. It covers 7,000 square kilometers with a strong team of more than 400 members, and the annual output reaches 10,000 tons. We supply aluminum materials and products to customers all over the world and have won reputation in this field.
1. Sophisticated Equipment
Aluminium Melting Process:
2 sets of 8T smelter; 1 die-cast line of aluminum ingot; 1 baling press of aluminium scrap; 1 set of 8T heat preserving furnace; 2 sets of billet cutter.
Aluminium Profile Extruded Process:
1 set of 300T extruder;
2 sets of 500T extruder;
2 sets of 630T extruder;
1 set of 800T extruder;
3 sets of Heat-treatment Furnace
Manufacture Process of Extruded Die:
2 CNC milling machines;
4 cutting machines for wire;
4 lathes;
4 milling processes
Mechanical Process:
5 punching presses;
20 instrument lathes;
1 pipe bending;
1 atomatic round tube polishing machine;
3 lathes;
1 hydraulic compressor;
4 gear planers;

Wastewater Treatment:
3 3 filter presses;
1 equipment for the reuse of the middle-water;
2 wastewater stiring spots;
Surface Treatment:
