Founded in 1987, Quzhou ChiXin Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Quzhou city of Zhejiang Province, only 1000 meters far away from highway exit. Our company occupies an area of 30,000 sq.m, including the factory building of 12,000 sq.m, and has more than 180 employees including 20 high and medium grade technicians and engineers.
After years of development, our company has gradually become a foundry enterprise with an annual output of 15,000 tons of castings. The annual revenue of our company is 10 million US dollar. Our company has melting workshop, moulding workshop, machining workshop, heat treatment workshop, and inspection lab, etc. With very good machining facilities, we can supply not only rough castings but also finished machining castings.
Carbon steel castings and alloy steel castings and our main products, and 90% of them are for export. Our main products include three series: high manganese steel castings, such as mantle, concave, jaw plate, hammer, wedge plate, etc; high chromium alloy iron castings, such as wear-resistant ring for coal milling machine, impact hammer, impact plate, etc; and carbon steel castings, such as crusher bottom shell, top shell, straight gear, etc. Our company is an OEM supplier of Sandvik SRP and Trio Crusher. Other main customers include ShenZhen DeYuanSheng, North Industry, and JuHua Group etc.
The company has won the certification of ISO 9001:2000 quality systems. In order to meet customers’ needs, it guarantees the quality of products by using readable optical spectrometer, universal testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, MT detector and metallurgical microscope, etc. We warmly welcome friends of home and abroad to use the products of our company.
