We have professional molding workshop, preparing material workshop, mould workshop, LSR(Liquid silicone rubber)molding workshop, ten thousand grade clean room etc. also have a set of advanced rubber machines(LSR Injection Molding Machine, double color injection machine, intensive rubber mixers, rubber forming machine, rubber extrusion machine, rubber cutter, pad printing machine, Infrared Reflow Soldering Oven, hot-blast circulate counter oven etc.),and we also have a set of relevant test machines that can be used to test the property of rubber(tensile strength, enlongation hardness, heat resistance, tear resistance, water resistance, fluid resistance, compression set, etc.).And nowadays, we have the producing capability of 400000PCS a day, and increasing with a rate of 20%.
