Located in Huangshi, a city opening to the outside world along the Yangtze River, Huangshi Sanmu Plastic Mould Co, Ltd. (hereinafter named as Sanmu Mould), established in 1991, presents itself as a specialized manufacturer producing extrusion mould for special shaped plastic products that combines design, research and development, manufacturing, experiment and adjustment, distribution as well as technological services. At present, the company boasts an annual output of over1200 sets of such mould, with its workshops covering an area of more than 3000 square meters, 200 sets of production and processing equipment and two production lines for the experiment and adjustment of mould.
Sanmu Mould is staffed with a group of highly specialized designers and experienced experts in experimenting and adjusting mould, among whom there are four senior engineers and 30 sets of engineers and senior technicians. Equipped with complete CAD graphic system operated through CAD/CAM network, the company including PVC doors-and-windows-purpose mould for special shape materials, PVC mould for decoration and slight foam shape materials and PVC back and front intrusion composite mould of aluminum and plastic. So far, it has ranked as a key domestic enterprise in the industry, known for its superior equipment, leading technology and a wide variety of products.
