Zhejiang Deqing Chavond Bamboo Flooring Co., Ltd. established in 1983, is one of the earliest professional bamboo manufacturers in modern China. With more than twenty years of experience producing various types of bamboo products, we currently produce a bamboo flooring series and a bamboo plywood board series. Our production capacity is approximately 400,000 square meters of flooring annually.
Our main products including bamboo flooring, bamboo floating flooring, stair boards, bamboo paneling, bamboo accessories and other bamboo decorative materials. We also offer bamboo veneer used for building construction. Our factory covers a total area of 60,000 square meters, and includes an advanced working house and high accuracy machines. This year, we separate our two series of products into two companies, SunTo Bamboo Flooring Co., Ltd., which specializes in bamboo flooring and one other company that focuses on bamboo decorative materials.
Over the many years, we have trained many specialized employees who fully understand the production machines and the technical details involved in bamboo processing. We have also developed a modern administration system to ensure continued high quality products. Furthermore, we are one of the select companies that had been involved in developing the Zhejiang Provincial Local Quality Standard for bamboo flooring in 1999.
Additionally, we engage in environmentally responsible practices and have removed all toxic chemicals from our manufacturing processes. We have adopted use of the high quality European glue and our emissions meet E1 standards. As for lacquer, we also use only the best European lacquer, an abrasion resistance lacquer which can fully comply with the American ASTM4060 standard.
