GCC Zipper (Beauty Bond Holdings Limited) which was established in 1983 covers an area of over 180, 000 square meters. The construction area is nearly 120, 000 square meters. We are a large-scale multi-national group company, specializing in producing zippers, color cards and garment accessories. We are an individual proprietorship from Hong Kong and currently employ more than 3, 000 staff. We had imported more than 2, 000 sets of advanced machinery from Taiwan. Those lead to our production capacity over 30 metric tons of zippers every day. We are able to provide a different range of zippers, zipper accessories, garment accessories, die-castings, injection moulding products and tailor-made color cards.
Under more 20 years' management of president Mr. Huamin Shih, our group had already established eight factories and companies in Hong Kong, Dongguan and Heyuan cities in Guangdong Province, Jinjiang City in Fujian Province, and Brazil successively. Our products have already grown from single zippers to such fields as PVC marks, metal fittings, and international garment standard color cards. We are going on the pluralistic development path, and also stepping into the machinery industry.
In order to manage the human resource and improve efficiency, we have already developed ERP (enterprise resource planning) system by ourselves. It covers sales, production, merchandising and financial areas. We believe the ERP system will achieve the complete connection of flows of resources, messages, capital and information, and thus increases our competitive advantages. Today's GCC brand zipper and dress batching products have already been exported to all over the world. We are becoming one of the largest zipper dress batching producer and distributor in Asia.
