Bearings provided by SunYoung Industry are sorted as Steel Bearings, Ceramic Bearings, Plastic Bearings, and Hybrid Bearings (Ceramic Ball Bearings):

1. Steel bearings include ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and needle roller bearings made of bearing steel or stainless steel. It can reach ABEC-7 standard and is widely used in every walk of life. We have stocks for normal specifications and welcome special user-defined types.

2. Ceramic bearings have the advantages of high intensity, abrasion-resistance, heat-resistance, insulation, low weight, magnetism-resistance, and corrosion-resistance, which the metal materials don't own. 1) Specifications: ball bearings 2) Bearing rings: zirconia or silicon nitride 3) Balls: silicon nitride, zirconia, or alumina 4) Cage: PTFE, PA, PEEK or stainless steel, etc.

3. Plastic bearings include anti-corrosion bearings (made of PVDF or PTFE), precise bearings (made of POM or PA), anti-acid and anti-alkali bearings (made of HDPE or PP or UPE), high temperature bearings (made of PEEK or PI), etc. Which have the performance of corrosion and wear resistance, reduce vibration and anti-bump, are free from the maintenance and so forth.

4. Hybrid bearings (ceramic ball bearings) have following features: 1) Bearing rings: stainless steel or bearing steel, etc. 2) Balls: silicon nitride, zirconia or alumina, etc. 3) Cage: PTFE, PA, PEEK or stainless steel, etc. 4) Higher speed and acceleration, higher accuracy, high temperature usage, reduced lubrication requirements, low thermal expansion, extended operating life, etc.
