Hebei LongSheng Metals & Minerals is one of the leading supplier of cast iron and steel components in North China. Our work team have been in the field since 1990 and have established our own machine shop to meet the requirement of our customers.
Our products are mainly sold to customers from EU and USA. We have special advantage in the following products:
1. Components for agricultural equipment, construction and mining equipment, typical products include: wheel hubs, wheel discs, brake plate,counter weight ,etc.
2. Concrete pipe pallets and headers
3. Pump housing, motor housing and valve body castings.
4. Cast iron kitchen ware ,such as cast iron burner and cast iron cookware
5. Other cast components of carbon steel and stainless steel.
Weight of castings we could supply: up to 5MT.
Dimension of castings: up to 2.5 Meter.
Material of castings: gray iron, ductile iron, carbon and alloy steel, investment stainless steel castings, etc .Our machine shop are equipped with both engine lathe for rough machining and CNCs, MCs for finishing to meet the tolerance requirement and at the same time to maintain the lowest cost.
Physical Test:Hardness,Tensile strength,yeild strength,elongation.
Chemical Test: C,Si,Mn,S,P and so on.
