We are a Profession tube products factory. We have established ISO9000 (2000) Quality Guarantee System and ISO14000 Environment Management System.
As an electronic products assembly factory, we close to market requirement continue produce many kinds of new products. Our main market include: Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Middle East, USA & Europe etc. There are two main kinds of our products currently.
1). Gooseneck tube: the products widely use for Earphone, Microphone, USB Light and other field etc. standards OD can make from 2.0~20.0mm(max can up to 23mm); provide surface disposal for all kinds of metal soft tube, for example: plating silver, Zinc, chrome, nickel , electrophoresis dark lacquer etc. also can coat all kinds color shrink tube on the gooseneck tubes. the length produced according to client''s technical standards.
2). Conduit tube:
1.mainly use for colligate power wire in high-technology building and architecture decorate industry, great public project, oil, chemical industry, many kinds of machine (industry machine and the medical equipment etc) the conduit can protect the wire from mice, fire, broken, damage etc.
2.compliant to relative national or international safety standard
3.material can be: aluminium , stainless steel, zincification metal.
4.can coat the block burn PVC (in different color) and stainless steel plait net.
5.Out diameter from 10~20mm, Inner diameter from 8~18mm, the length can be cut according to client request (include the end burr free).
6.roll packing (for long length, just like 50m, 100m, 200m, 500m) or cut into short length and bale packing.
