Zhejiang Huangyan Hongsheng Mould Factory , located in Huangyan county of Taizhou ----the hometown of Chinese molding tool, is the business enterprise of a professional plastics molding tool designing and manufacturing. And we have co-designed car series lamp with moulding tool designing companies at home and abroad, subsequently we achieve good appreciation from both car and moulding tool companies .We adopt CAD/CAM/as subsidiary design while proceeding the imitating true analysis. Moreover, we undertake light type test by providing " the mobile car light testing system equipped with light" .At the same time , widely instructed by mainland and and Taiwanese authorities, we have consumedly improved our operation and fulfillment ability.

The lamp molding tool made by my company is mainly provided for the A -class suppliers of host factories. And there are some developed lamp molding tool, like crest light of Shanghai Volkswagen , GOL empress light, the head light of Shanghai Saibao; the crystal head light of Dragon Fukang ; the combined light of Alysee VTS, the fog light; the complete set of lights of Nanjin Fiat ( Pailiao and Xiyena ) ; the lights of whole series of CHERY and HAFEI cars ,etc… Our company had successively awarded titles like" excellent divided company and quality the common unit”, " excellent join- force factory".
