MULTISTAGE WATER FILTER

1. INSTALLATION POSSIBILITIES

- installation to the sink tap by means of the rubber piece and the metal tightening flange existing at the end of the metal hose;
- installation to the sink tap by means of an automate tap;
installation under the sink at the cold water pipe, by means of a by-pass with an outlet tap on the sink. For this system, an additional tap will be installed on the sink, only foe the filtered water.It is also obligatory to instal before the filter a pressure valve set at 2-3 atm. as well as a tap for turning off.

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

After its installation, the cold water tap is turned on, the water is let run through the filter for 10-20 minutes, and then the water can be used.
At the beginning of each filtration, it is recommended to run water through the element to waste for about 0.5-1 minute and only after that to be used.

3. MAINTENANCE

After a long time utilization, the filtering element will be loaded with impurities and the initial filtration flow rate can lower to less than 10 liters/hour.
In order to clean the filtering element, it has to be proceeded as follows:
- the filter cap is loosened with the plastic wrench the product is sold with, and removed;
- the ceramic element surface is lightly scrubbed under running water with a stiff brush or an abrasive paper for 1-2 minutes.
After this operation, the first 2-3 liters of filtered water are let run to waste, and only afterwards use the filtered water.

MULTISTAGE WATER FILTER

This unique product provides purification and filtration of water in 4 stages:

The 1st Stage:

The filtration element is composed of a ceramic column covered with silver inside.
Due to its porosity, the ceramic column can trap more than 99.99 per cent of the waterborne organic and inorganic solids and bacteria down to 0.9 microns.

The 2nd Stage:

The filtration element is composed of the first stage filtration element and granular activated carbon which traps organic matters like: aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols, clorinated hydrocarbons, pesticides and so on. The carbon also improves the color, the taste and the odor of the drinking water.

The 3rd Stage:

The filtration element is composed of the second stage filtration element and cation exchangers resin which traps toxic metals like: lead, aluminum, copper, cadmium, and so on.

The 4th Stage:

The last element is composed of the third stage filtration element and iodate resin which destroys bacteria, parasites and viruses.
