1. Quality Assurance: Seaflyer is an experienced factory with 6 years history. We can design and produce various plastic mould: 2-plate,3-plate, MUD, BMC, hot-runner, prototype etc. Now, we are ISO9001:2000 certified, and 80% of our products be exported to America and Europe, and our customer are satisfied to our products.
2. Short lead time: Our lead time is 15`40 days depending on the number of impressions and complexity of the mould. We have a complicate system of project management and customer service that makes our work efficient. There are more than 300 employees in Seaflyer that makes a monthly output of 40 sets of moulds.
3. Advanced equipment: we have continuously imported advanced program-controlled processing equipment from overseas. Now we have 5 CNC machines, 16 NC milling machines, 9 EDM, 6 wire-cutters, 12 injection- molding machines etc. We imported world-class industrial flow of CAD/CAM/CAE to apply to daily processing. We are glad to share with our valuable customers the most professional and systematical procedures from designing, molding, drawing, to programming, manufacturing and plastic shaping and assembling. The biggest mould we can make is 2000mm x 1550mm, weighs around 20 tons.
4. Cometitive Prices: located in the “window of China exportation” – Shenzhen, we are competitive in manpower, material purchasing, and transportation. Plus our scale and equipments, we are easier to control manufacturing cost and final price.
