SIC heating element is a type of non-metal high temperature heating device. These SIC products are made from selected super quality green silicon carbide as its main raw material. The raw material is firstly made into a blank, followed by high temperature silication and recrystallization, and becomes high quality stick shaped SIC electric heating devices. Compared with metal electric heating material, this type of non-metal elements is featured of high operation temperature, anti-oxidization, long service life, little deformation, easy installation and maintenance economical ,dependable , clean , quiet, and safe . Because of these advantages, SIC electric heating elements is widely used in various industries that require high temperature electric furnaces and heating devices. These typical applications include electronics, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, ceramics, glass, food , textile , machinery , analysis test , semiconductor, science , research and chemical enginery. LIAO TOWER SIC heating elements can usually make use for furnace or kilns as a radiant heat source which temperature from 600`c to 1600`c . The max temperature can up to 1650`c. It can be directly used in an air atmosphere without any protection atmosphere.
Products specification: Rod type , U type, Gun type, H type, GDS type, tube type. Specifications of rod are available from Dia 8MM ,12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm ,50mm ,55mm to 60mm for all types. Specifications of tube are from Dia 16mm, 18mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm, 120mm for all types .
