Profile
Sun White was founded in 1990 by a group of mechanical engineers and the activity was basically the manufacture of metal tubes. Therefore, Sun White has enough experience and professional skill in process. In 1998 Sun White experienced substantial growth due to exports. In the followings years, Sun White invested in precision machines and moved to a wider plant as the sales was constantly increasing. Sun White believes various innovative designs and products will keep consolidating sales increase in future and all staff aim to do this well continually.

Research and Development
Sun White is always interested in setting itself new challenges in innovation. An experienced R&D team is led by General Manager – Mr. Ren-Ju Tzeng directly who is in this field for more than 20 years. The product range includes shelves, dinning sets, TV/Audio stands, computer desks/workstations …etc. All issues of style, structure and function will be settled by senior engineers as well as the CAD program. In order to upgrade the team, Sun White started to work with several Industrial Design colleges in National universities and some specialized design units since 2003. Though OEM and ODM are routines in this team already, the engineers now focus on creating sophisticated technical furniture with ergonomics which is based on marketing trend and consumer’s need.

Production
As the founders of Sun White were mechanical engineers and the activity was basically the manufacture of metal tubes, Sun White has been very familiar with metal process. By accompanying the sales increase, more materials were applied into production. With the years of experience, Sun White has been able to process not only metal tubes but also glass and wood. Most of its products are made in multi-materials to show the high value. Since all its products are for export, Sun White pays high attention on production management to ensure each piece of its products conforms to international standards. Intergrading organized production management with well trained engineers, Sun White can deliver 80 pieces 40’FT containers per month averagely and 120 pieces in maximum if necessary for all purchase orders.

Quality
In 2003 Sun White obtained the ISO-9001: 2000 certification from the BVQI management company. Sun White does not only pay high attention on production management but also quality control system. The system applies to semi-finished goods, finished products and raw materials as well. The inspectors fully check each product with the drawings during process and assemble the samples which are picked up by random selection to assure the quality. All products are delivered perfectly packaged in shaping Styrofoam in cardboard boxes, including a sheet of detailed assembly instruction. As a result of teamwork efforts, Sun White has built up high reputation on its quality among the same trade.

Future Prospects
In this new global village, nobody can be out of it and nobody is more aware of this than Sun White. Global thinking then acting worldwide to make Sun White to be original in the sector is our ideal. In order to blend the art and technique into furniture to link up home and office for daily life, Sun White is keep trying to create incredible articles of furniture which are without limitations for people to use. Hence continually designing new concepts and products with innovations would its main mission.
