The main products of the company are %100 cotton towels and bathrobes woven as normal plain terry or velour ,jacquard ,yarn dyed ,printed ,embrodieried. Additionally ,bathmats,bibs,aprons,various kitchen articles like wash gloves ,napkins,etc...are produced according to customer specifications and market requirements.The monthly production capacity of company are 60.000 pieces bathrobes and 85 tonne towels.
The machines and facilities in own hous are :
Weaving machines dobby : 12 pcs
Weaving machines jacquard: 6 pcs ,
Sewing machines: 80 pcs (2 lines) ,
Embrodiery machines: 4 pcs (tajima)(12 heads/12 threads)Having the title of GUNNTEKS TEXTILE LTD.CO., we serve in the sectors of industry, tourism and advertising. We supply the demands of the companies in textile sector, depending on their orders of jacquarded woven towels with various embroiderie.
Our production scale is given below: As long as we are working on the basis of order Jacquard or embroidered logo Hotel-Advertise-promotion and dobby vowen scale .
Prices are depends on the speciallities and order kinds(like: number, quantitiy, dimensions, weight in grams, pantone colour number of the desired colours, embroidery stick number etc..)
Our dimension standart releated with these articles:
30x30 - 30x50 - 50x90 - 70x140 - 100x150 ; 30- 50- 70- 100 cm are standard while the others can be done as desired.( like;30x60-50x80-70x150-100x170 etc..) While being worked as yarn dyed or fabric dyed weight in grams as desired. Depending on the Desired weight;
