Among her over 800 personnel, 250 have got college or above education and over 80 possess medium or advanced professional titles.
The company lies in Nantong, one of the first batch of open coastal cities of China, which enjoys convenient transportation conditions with the Yangtze River on the south, the Yellow Sea on the east, the Ning-Tong highway, Yin-Tong highway and Xin-Chang railway on the west, the developing Yankou seaport on the north, facing No.334 provincial highway and Ru-Tai canal. It is about 40km away from Xindong airport in Nantong. In addition, you can cover the distance from the company to Shanghai within 90 minutes as soon as the completion of Sutong Changjiang Bridge.

As the biggest Benzaldehyde manufacturer in China, the company is co-invested by Nanjin University of Industry and Nantong Sutong Fertilizer Co., Ltd. Nantong Sutong Fertilizer Co., Ltd. holds most of the shares and the location of the subsidiary is within the area of the parent company.
The registered capital of the company is US$0.7M and fixed assets over US$2.5M. Principal products include Benzaldehyde, benzyl alcohol, benzyl chloride, benzoic acid, hydrochloric acid, methyl benzoate, etc. The total sell income is US$12M and profit over US$1.25M. There are 20 people possessing medium or above professional titles among her over 100 personnel.
3, Strategy of Development
We founded Sutong Fertilizer (Nanjin) Technology Development Corp., which has 5 doctors and 6 masters and is specializing in new product R&D. By virtue of our existing technical force and chemical production foundation, we will continue our successful cooperation with such leading institutions as Tsinghua University, Nanjin University of Industry and Shenyang Chemical Research Institute. We continue to recruit professional talents in the areas of chemical processing, facility and management and strive to develop and manufacture pharmaceutical chemicals. We are also trying our best to achieve a goal of total sells value of over US$60M in 3 years.
