With plants in the UK and China our principals are engaged in manufacturing Bulk liners, tailored to specific requirements for the last 30odd years.
Below given are the salient features of the product for your ready reference:
- Flexi-tanks, of virtually any size can be produced, restricted only by the cubic capacity or the weights acceptable to the container, standard capacity being 24000 liters or 22 Metric tons.
- Top or bottom loading using a simple valve system, or can be supplied with a fully integrated hose assembly.
- Can provide different bulkhead configurations using wood or high tensile polystyrene.
- Barrier films extensively tested can be incorporated to protect the cargo from adverse conditions such as moisture and oxygen degradation.
- A variety of standard hose assemblies and valves can be welded to the Flexi-tanks as standard item, verily customized.
- Air venting systems are also available
- All contact layers are 100% food grade and approved by regulatory bodies such as FDA.
- Prompt delivery schedules ex-stock at both Mumbai and Dubai.
