  RTY 1600 surface grinding machine is designd for the purpose of machining engine blocks , cylinder heads and similar workpieces.the main body , table and gearbox part of the RTY 1600 surface grinding machine are made of corrosive resistant quality pig iron mould. The gearbox where the grinder is attached is capable of moving up and down automatically as well as manually. Adjustment of the amount (thickness) to be cut is made by moving manually the grinding headpiece up and down.table surface can be made to move at required speed with the help of the prizmatic shaped sledges. Thus any required surface can be obtained ( for machining ).by controlling the RTY 1600 surface grinding machine from the control panel easy and mass production can be achieved. On top of that , automatic adjustment of the headpiece angular speed as i result of inverter system renders the machine’s easy unning.during machining cooling liquid needs to be applied over the surface being machined. This is achieved by the use of i water pump. The machine operates hydraulically. Ubrication of the sledges is accomplished with the help of pump and grease can found on the machine.
