A joint venture, which is consisted of Shenzhen CIMC heavy Duty Machinery Co., Ltd., Jinan Automobile Refitting Factory, Kogel Fahrzeugwerke AG, and CIMC Vehicle Investment Holdings Company Limited. It is also a backbone enterprise of special refitting trucks in North China. Today, CIMC-Kogel has an occupying area 4, 5300square meter as production base, which is divided into 7 sections, 7 workshops, has 600 staff members and workers, including 58 middle & senior technicians. This company has been the capacity to produce and sell various special refitting trucks 5, 000 units a year.
Adhere High Technology, Continue to Develop Products, Adhere Import & Research, with leading a position in the in industry since establishing CIMC-Kogel, this company had completely imported advanced technology & equipments from Kogel Fahrzeugwerke AG, Germany with its technicians for design and modern ways to develop products, keeping the same steps with the world. On the basis of importing, absorbing German technology, CIMC-Kogel had created and developed the technology of all closed sandwich panels with wet in wet method, fiber glass box as green environment-protection body, swap body, etc. This company had been given a lot of State patients in the products and technology. All above mentioned had made our products with international levels and leading a position in China.
Today, CIMC-Kogel has produced box, oil tank, engineering, semi-trailers and special trucks series, army trucks series, etc., 6 series, more than 150 model, to suit for various special products from 0. 5-40tons. Of which, the emergency telecommunications trucks had been widely used in China Mobile, and China Union. In 2003, CIMC-Kogel has established a strategy cooperation with VOLVO, and produced the VOLVO tippers with world levels. On March 16, 2004, the first batch tippers had been exported to Africa.

One year later, a newly special automobile Shandong base of CIMC Vehicles on behalf of the advanced levels at same industry in China will be built up. CIMC-Kogel will face to the challenge of development in the future by leaps and bounds.
