"Dalli Marketing Plus!〞 (Short version)
If you wish to advertise with Dalli, please do the
following
1) Log on to read our introductory Letter.
2) In reading our Letter, did you understand all that you
would receive for your initial Fee of $150.00 USD? Did you
understand that there is a second Fee if a sale occurs due
to our Service/Advertising? Did you understand that if your
Listing sells due to our Advertising, that from our second
fee we will not only reimburse to you the $150.00 USD, we
would then also pay you an additional $150.00 USD for
having Advertised with us?
3) The second Fee mentioned above is handled as follows:
We first ask what the Sellers wish to Net? On raw Land, we
add a 10% fee of the Selling price, and on all other
Listings we add a 6% Fee.
If one Broker is involved in any sale, the above fees are
split 50/50?Broker and Dalli)
If a second Broker is involved, then the fees are split as
follows: First Broker would receive 40% of the Fee, Second
Broker would receive 40% of the Fee and Dalli would receive
20% of the Fee. |
