ABOUT SPAR MIXER
Spar Food Machinery Mfg. Co., Ltd. was established in Ta-Li city, Taichung, Taiwan in 1980 with the goal of producing top of the line multi-functional planetary mixers. Spar began by supplying the demands of the local bakery market in Taiwan. After established the Spar brand as the leading planetary
mixer in Taiwan, Spar began to expand into other markets. Now Spar supplies mixers to over 50 countries in six continents, Spar is a truly global competitor. Spar has become such a success because it has always remained true to its core principles, such as “Safe”, “Powerful”, “Advanced”, and “Reliable”.
FEATURES
Spar’s planetary mixers comply with international safety standards Europe-CE, Canada-CSA, NSF and UL. Spar planetary mixers are coated with long-lasting, chip-resistant, toxin-free paint enamel. Standard on Spar planetary mixers are microswitches which automatically shut the mixer down when the guard is slid open or the bowl lowered. This protects operators from injury. All Spar planetary mixers have thermal overload protection, which immediately shuts off the motor in an overload situation before costly damage can occur to the motor or transmission components. Spar’s motors contain high torque transmission for heavy loads, and with heat treated hardened steel alloy gears, 25% bigger than any other brands for increased strength and thickness.
QUALITY CONTROAL
Spar uses state of the art CNC machines to cut all body castings and mill all gears and shafts. Samples from each batch are evaluated to exacting standards by a computerized Italian MPM 3-dimensional analyzer.
FUTURE
Spar is currently engage in developing a full product scope with a variety of food preparation products, including: Spiral mixer, Meat mincer, Meat slicer and Vegetable slicer … etc. In order to fulfill customer demands around the globe, Spar has built a sales and support network through sales representatives and distributors throughout the world to ensure that all our customer’s needs are met. From initial output 240 sets per year to 12,000 sets up to now, we are targeted to step into 20,000 sets in the new future. Spar will become the #1 brand in the market of quality mixers for foodservice industry. Spar is making steady progress to become one of the best mixer product providers in the world.
